Anne Cantwell

Anne Cantwell has broad-based experience in commercial and bankruptcy litigation, as well as land title insurance claims and litigation. Ms. Cantwell has a proven track record of effective representation of both regional and national financial institutions. She has successfully represented numerous leasing and commercial enterprises in the resolution of complex commercial matters. She has represented interest of creditors, trustees, and debtors in the context of workouts, reorganizations and liquidations. Her state and federal court practice entails substantial experience in matters involving creditors' rights, real estate issues, loan documentation and workouts.
