I have been practicing workers' compensation for over 30+ years. I began for an insurance defense firm before starting my own practice. As a defense attorney for multiple workers' compensation insurance companies I was able to see first hand what insurance companies do with your claim. What they seek to do is pay out as little as possible and close the file as soon as possible. Obviously that is not necessarily in your best interest. I see my role as guiding you through the process to put you in the best position should a claim have to be filed on your behalf.
