I represent individuals and businesses across the country in a variety of civil litigation disputes against large corporations. My practice areas include antitrust litigation (e.g., price-fixing, customer allocation), civil litigation, consumer protection, business tort, and commercial litigation, including class actions, and antitrust counseling.
My small firm -- Kotchen & Low LLP -- aims to achieve the highest caliber legal representation while offering clients greater efficiency and more personalized attention than larger firms.
Before co-founding Kotchen & Low LLP, I was: a law clerk for Judge Tacha of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, a research attorney for the Supreme Court of Guam; a trial attorney with the United States Department of Justice; and an attorney at the law firm of Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP.

- A: You can report the violation to the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division at https://www.justice.gov/atr/report-violations. Or the California Attorney General's Office at https://oag.ca.gov/consumers. If possible, I would recommend discussing the issue with a lawyer before you report it. Many lawyers on this site offer free initial consultations, and can advise you on the best way to present the issue to the authorities, and protect any interests you may have that may be implicated by the misconduct or reporting.
