Biography

Prior to opening my practice, I worked as an associate at Messina Law Firm, P.C., Holmdel, New Jersey; subsequently, I remained there as "of counsel." I have worked on a number of cases, including complex civil litigation, that involved a broad range of various questions of state and federal substantive law; sophisticated procedural, discovery and evidentiary issues; and post-judgment motions and appeals. The cases I worked on involved complex issues of federal and state law, relating to the Sherman Act; Lanham Act; Federal Communications Act; Truth in Lending Act; Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act; New Jersey Farmland Assessment Act; New Jersey Right to Farm Act; New Jersey Open Public Records Act, business torts of unfair competition, product disparagement, and tortious interference with existing/prospective contractual relationships; construction defects; zoning laws and regulations; select topics in Delaware and Nevada corporate law; evidentiary and discovery disputes, including electronic discovery; and other matters. Admitted in New Jersey, New York and California. Fluent in Russian and German languages.
