Biography

Irina Vinogradsky received her undergraduate degree in Mathematics and Computer Science in Russia, and her law degree from the Cleveland Marshall College of Law. She is licensed to practice in Virginia and Ohio. Ms. Vinogradsky practices in U.S. Immigration and Nationality Law, Personal Injury Law and Criminal Law.
She came to the U.S. in 1992 on H1B visa to work as a computer programmer for County Data Corporation in Burlington Vermont. Driven by her own personal experience as an immigrant who has benefited from the opportunities in the United States, Ms. Vinogradsky decided to pursue a career in immigration law. Ms. Vinogradsky has successfully represented clients in Immigration Court, at the local USCIS District Office, and the Asylum Office on petitions for Cancellation of Removal, Adjustment of Status, Waivers, Asylum and Naturalization. Ms. Vinogradsky has handled numerous family-based permanent residence petitions, including VAWA self-petition, K visas and removal of conditions on residence. In addition, she has prepared both immigrant and non-immigrant employment-based petitions to USCIS Service Centers and U.S. consulates. Additionally Ms. Vinogradsky prepared petition for persons with extraordinary abilities in science and art. During law school Ms. Vinogradsky worked at the Cuyahoga County Prosecutors office, helping to prepare cases of rape and gross sexual imposition for trial.
