I also help clients resolve business and family disputes as settlement counsel, mediator, arbitrator and Collaborative lawyer. My legal work has spanned not only a full range of transactions, including startups, M&A, fund formation, lending, securities, project finance and restructuring, but also service as outside general counsel to companies in a number of industries.
