Biography

During 15 years of working directly under senior management of prestigious companies, such as Panasonic and Liteon, I developed an intimate knowledge as to how a business becomes successful. Also, as the result of day to day participation, my legal service embodies Japanese craftsman's spirt, that is to be responsive, responsible, resilient and respect.

My ultimate goal is to help small business owners to avoid costly, time-consuming and painstaking litigation. My services start from legal strategy designing, as opposed to filling out templates, which requires predicting possible scenarios and solutions. Contracts to be drafted cover all aspect of business operation, which includes but not limited to: investment, partnership, licensing, buying and sales employment, trademark right protection, real estate transaction, asset protection as well as merger and acquisition.

Furthermore, I help people with professional license defense, immigration and international trade (customs, FDA) matters.

Lastly but not the least, As a Chinese speaking lawyer, I am passionate to be the bridge of international trade endeavors. I am proud to have helped small business owners to lose money, time and nights of sleep.

Legal Answers
305 Questions Answered
Q. I worked for a doctor who is quadriplegic. I worked a month for him as his Aide, and he refuse to pay me. What can I do?
A: You can either talk to him when he is calmer and get your pay, or you bring him to small claim court. The latter cost money.
Q. Can my apartment change my liability insurance requirements midlease because of company policy changes?
A: They shouldn't if the lease stipulates the amount without exception. Whether they can do or cannot do such thing depend on the terms of the lease. You should review the lease and ask them for explanation.
Q. I got an email message from someone I met through Craigslist asking me for money. It seems like blackmail. What do I do?
A: More information is needed to assess the situation and to advise accordingly.

Did you use their service? Do you have an agreement? What did they say they would do if you do not pay? It needs to be clear whether the conducts actually constitute blackmail.
