Q. Hi I just filed a I-30 for my husband I am a US Citizen & he is out of the country & I just recived a 1-797 C Notice In
A: It simply means that USCIS did acknowledge the receipt of your application and they will process it in the order of receipt. I-797 notice is your official receipt from USCIS. Read it carefully and follow any directions in it. Good luck.
Q. i never recived my residents card and its been since feb2013 u.s
A: Not enough information to answer your question. But in general, you can make an infopass with your local USCIS office and go check on your case. Good luck.
