I am particuarly knowledgable in creative finance disputes, including "subject to", wholesale, and novation contracts, but our office handles a wide range of real estate litigation matters. I also handle select litigation matters arising from business disputes and other real estate issues.

Andy is originally from Cincinnati, OH. He moved to Columbus to attend the Ohio State University and he acheived a Bachelor's Degree in History. After undergrad, Andy moved to Southern California and attended the University of LaVerne, College of Law. He now lives in North Phoenix with his wife and two daughters.

Heath is a native of Arizona. He was born in Yuma, Arizona, and spent his younger years on farms and ranches in Southern Arizona. He spent his teen years in the Greater Phoenix area.
