Shari Wald Garrett is an experienced Business Law Attorney at Siegfried Rivera. Her practice includes representation of Condominium and Homeowners Associations in a broad array of legal matters. She provides general counsel, as well as representation for developer and owner disputes, contracts, Board and owner meetings, governing documents, election disputes, and day-to-day operations. Berenice Mottin-Berger's practice is primarily focused on complex commercial and construction litigation, as well as in community association law.
