Tim Bukher is a partner at Thompson Bukher LLP, leading the firm's intellectual property and internet law practice groups in support of media, technology, and digital venture matters. As outside counsel to tech and software companies, Tim's practice focuses on complex transactions involving intellectual property licensing, venture capital, digital rights, and cyberlaw/privacy regulations including HIPAA and HiTech. Mr. O'Neill was born in Granite City, Illinois to Lawrence Frederick O'Neill, a highly decorated Irish-American fighter pilot and ace, and Dorothy Lee Breckenridge, a member of the famous American Breckenridge family. Lisa Renee Pomerantz has more than thirty-five years of varied legal experience. After graduating cum laude from Radcliffe College of Harvard University and from Boston University Law School where she was on the Law Review, Lisa spent a year as a law clerk to a federal court judge. Following a stint as a litigation attorney in private practice, she worked for more than fifteen years as a senior level in-house attorney for a major corporation.
