After growing up in the Pittsburgh area, I attended Penn State, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree. I then attended Capital University Law School and worked with William J. Clark & Associates for 10 years. Since that time, I have practiced as a sole practitioner, currently located in Gahanna.

Attorney James Hausen graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree with honors in 1996 at the University of Akron. He passed the CPA exam in Ohio in 1996 on the first attempt. I started law school while a Member of Technical Staff at Bell Laboratories. An engineering education and background did not help with law school, but I find that many engineering principles, diligent analysis, and problem-solving thinking help with actual law practice.
