I split my time between real estate development and my commercial/business law practice. I handle real estate, title insurance, corporate formation, partnerships, business issues, IT contracting, construction law and contracts.

I have been actively engaged in the practice of law for over 20 years. I concentrate my practice in bankruptcy and debtor/creditor rights. I have an extensive legal practice representing individuals and businesses in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 filings. I am a member of the Bar Association of Lehigh County as well as a member of the Berks County Bar Association, Middle District Bankruptcy Bar Association, and the Eastern District Bankruptcy Conference.

I grew up in the hard-working blue color region of Western Pennsylvania, attending the small but highly regarded Grove City College -- a conservative, reformed Christian school that has managed to remain entirely independent of government aid (one of only two undergraduate institutions in world to do so) and true to intentions of its founders.
