Robert F. Musser, a shareholder in Clymer, Musser & Sarno P.C. practices in the areas of real estate, estate planning and administration, and title insurance underwriting and claims. He has been practicing in those areas for more than 35 years and has provided expert testimony on title insurance and real estate issues. Chris A. Sarno, Esq. is a trial attorney who practices in the areas of civil litigation and criminal defense. Chris began his career as a law clerk to President Judge Joseph C. Madenspacher of the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas. Next, he became an Assistant Public Defender. After which he then joined the District Attorney’s Office where he focused on prosecuting felony sex offenses, serious physical abuse of children and child homicide cases.

Stephen was born in Lititz Pennsylvania and graduated from Warwick High School. He furthered his education in graduating with honors from the University of Pittsburgh (B.A.) University of Pittsburgh School of Law (J.D.) and Villanova University School of Law, Graduate Tax Program (LLM). Stephen founded his law firm in 2013 where he continues to focus on criminal and family court litigation. He resides with his wife Melissa and 2 children, Harrison and Olivia, in Manheim Township.

He received the Access to Justice Award in 2002 from the Lancaster Bar Association for pro bono work, and was elected President of the LBA in 2006.
