Before pursuing his law degree at the University of Iowa, Aaron B. Maduff dedicated himself to advocacy for rape victims, a role that naturally segued into a legal career focused on sexual harassment, employment discrimination, and other civil rights and employment law issues. While Aaron's practice encompasses a broad spectrum of legal areas, he particularly excels in appellate work, handling cases spanning Constitutional, Criminal, Military, and employment law.
In his employment practice, Aaron handles a diverse range of cases, from sexual harassment and employment discrimination to matters involving overtime, unpaid wages, and Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) claims. He also adeptly navigates non-compete agreements, trade secret disputes, and negotiates various employment agreements, including executive compensation and expatriate agreements.
