Biography

Adriana was born in New York and completed her undergraduate and law school studies in Washington, D.C. She received a B.A. in International Affairs, Philosophy, and Political Science from The George Washington University in 2009 and a J.D. from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in 2013. During law school, she worked at nonprofit organizations in Virginia and Washington, D.C., focusing on immigration matters for domestic violence survivors, crime victims, children, and families.

After graduation, Adriana moved to Virginia, became a licensed attorney, and joined the Yao Law Firm, P.C., where she developed her immigration and family law practice. In 2015, following a merger, she transitioned to Woehrle Dahlberg Jones and Yao, PLLC in Fairfax, Virginia, expanding her practice to include immigration, family law, elder law, and estate planning. A certified Guardian Ad Litem, she speaks English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and is an active member of the Fairfax Bar Association, the Virginia State Bar, and the American Bar Association.
