Alessandro Giordano

Alessandro Giordano is an experienced immigration attorney and a member of the Florida and New York State bars. A native of Italy, Mr. Giordano has first-hand experience with the challenges of the U.S. immigration system. As such, he takes great pride in helping his clients achieve their American Dream and in changing their lives for the better.

Mr. Giordano handles all types of immigration cases, providing representation to businesses and individuals in removal defense, family-based, and business and employment based matters. As for family-based cases, Mr. Giordano assists foreign nationals as well as U.S. Citizens and Permanent Residents in reuniting with their loved ones either through the process of adjustment of status in the United States or through applying for an Immigrant Visa at a U.S. Embassy or Consulate abroad. He also provides representation in obtaining waivers of inadmissibility and removability. As for removal defense, Mr. Giordano represents clients in cancellation of removal, asylum, termination of proceedings as well as in U Visa matters. As far as business and employment-based matters, Mr. Giordano assists corporations and individuals in securing temporary and permanent visas for specialized employees, for intra-company transferees, for investors as well as for individuals demonstrating extraordinary ability.

Mr. Giordano received his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University – Shepard Broad Law Center in 2011. He also received his Italian J.D. from Università degli Studi di Roma 3 – Facoltà di Giurisprudenza. Mr. Giordano is fluent in English, Italian and Spanish and is proficient in French.
