Alex Buscher, Esq. founded Buscher Law LLC in 2018 to provide legal advice to hemp companies in Colorado and quickly realized most lawyers, bankers, and insurance companies were still not willing to take a risk on the legalized industry. This led to an expansion of practice areas in-house including real estate, securities, asset protection & wealth planning, FDA compliance, and civil litigation. Buscher now provides these services to families and companies in a wide-range of industries in Colorado and Tennessee.
Prior to completing law school at the University of Denver, Buscher attended Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN and worked in the music business for companies including Universal Music Group and William Morris Endeavor where he found his passion for the law. Buscher Law's music business practice helps musicians understand the business and intellectual property side of music so that they can protect their interests, and get a fair shake at the deal table.
Born in Colorado, Alex has always enjoyed the mountains and outdoor activities that make the state so incredible. On the weekends you can find him breaking trail in alpine basins, climbing crags, mountain biking, splitboarding the Weminuche, or snowboarding Telluride, Wolf Creek, or Vail.
