After completing law school, I worked at an insurance defense firm handling constitutional, employment, and personal injury matters. I prevailed in multiple appellate matters and was able to avoid liability for my clients on numerous cases. Since then, I have represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants in business, probate, constitutional, and construction litigation matters through trial and appeal. My efforts have led to multi-million dollar settlements and verdicts for several of my clients. I have also been able to avoid liability for Defendants on many occasions. My work in the courtroom has led my clients to retain me for many other issues, including the drafting of employment and partnership agreements, leases, wills, and trusts. I have been practicing in these areas for over a decade. I have earned the Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent Rating from my peers and have been named as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers two years in a row.
