Alexandra Sierra-De Varona
A South Florida Commercial and Probate law firm serving professionals and small
After graduating from law school, I joined an insurance defense firm where I managed cases related to constitutional, employment, and personal injury issues. I successfully handled multiple appellate matters and frequently managed to prevent liability for my clients in numerous cases. Subsequently, I have represented both plaintiffs and defendants in various legal areas including business, probate, constitutional, and construction litigation, handling matters through both trial and appeal stages. My efforts have resulted in multi-million dollar settlements and verdicts for several of my clients, and I have consistently managed to prevent liability for defendants on many occasions.
My courtroom successes have led clients to seek my services for other legal needs, such as drafting employment and partnership agreements, leases, wills, and trusts. I have been practicing in these areas for over twenty years. I have received the Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent Rating from my peers and was named as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers for two consecutive years.
