Call me today at 415-727-1832.
I am dedicated to getting the best and maximum outcome for my injured clients. When someone has experienced injury, the last thing they want to worry about is a lawsuit - that's why I try to remove all possible stress and anxiety for them.
After nearly a decade of experience, I am confident in my expertise and my clients are extremely satisfied with their results. I pride myself on clear communication, efficient processes, and optimal outcomes.
I decided to become a lawyer when I was young. My family member was seriously injured and did not get the proper care due to her poorly qualified attorney and the Spanish/English language barrier. After that, I knew I wanted to do something to help others like her in the future.
Since becoming a lawyer, I have handled cases designated complex, 80+ party matters, several million dollar+ liability cases, and of course, smaller cases too. I argued in front of the California Court of Appeals and two of my appellate cases are certified for publication in my client's favor: Reynolds v. Lau (2019) 39 953 and 501 East 51st Street v. Kookmin Best Insurance Co., LTD (2020) 47 924. Regardless of all this, my main goal is to help those who need it.
I graduated from the UC Berkeley School of Law. Before law school, I attended UC Berkeley, graduating with dual degrees in Rhetoric and Ethnic Studies, and a minor in Chicano Studies. I love my LatinX community.

- Q. What can i do about not getting paid minimum wage? And quitting because the owner refused to give me a raise?
- A: I agree with the other lawyers' responses to your question. You are entitled to receive the minimum wage for all hours worked, even if the employer lacks accurate time records. An experienced employment law attorney can assist in proving your claim by gathering documents, witnesses, and information. Most employment lawyers provide free consultations. Considering reaching out to an experienced employment lawyer.
