Ben has been an attorney since 2001, with prior experience working as an in-house for large and small hospital systems, physician groups, insurance plans, and other organizations involved in the healthcare industry. He was formerly a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Healthcare Compliance (CHC, as a compliance officer). Ben has served as litigation counsel in over 1,700 court cases with varying degrees of complexity, nuances and sensitivities.
Education is a passion for Ben, he holds a Masters of Public Health & Administration from Yale University; a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University; a Masters of Law (LLM) in Taxation, with a concentration in Mergers & Acquisitions from Villanova University, and a Bachelors in Accounting from Florida International University.
Work and Community Involvement: Mr. Mirza is the managing partner of Mirza | Healthcare Law Partner, a firm that offers legal services in the area of healthcare business, compliance and litigation.
