Benjamin H Deppman
Benjamin H. Deppman represents a wide variety of clients providing services to individuals and business entities in the fields of business entity selection and organization, commercial litigation, construction law, foreclosure, commercial and residential real estate transactions, trust and estate planning and administration, probate matters, and personal injury litigation.
After graduating from law school, Mr. Deppman worked as an associated at Ryan Smith & Carbine, Ltd., until joining the firm of Deppman & Foley, P.C., in 1995. He was appointed partner in 2000. Benj serves on the board of directors for the following: Town Hall Theater, Inc.; Porter Auxiliary Board; Middlebury Maple Run, Inc.; and, Addison County Fair & Field Days, Inc. He is also a former member of the Governor’s Council for Physical Fitness and Sports and is a member of the Middlebury Lions Club (Melvin Jones Fellow, Past President). When not volunteering or working, Benj is usually found running or on the sideline of a sporting event where one of his kids (Jack and Lydia) is participating.
