- Beth Klein is a trial lawyer who uses her skills and commitment to service to help people who have suffered life altering injuries and to change policy, law and practices so that harms will not be repeated. Her verdicts rank in the Top 100 Verdicts for the United States, and her case arising from Iraq won Case of the Year in 2013. As a lawyer three years out of law school, she began managing state-wide mass tort litigation for Owens Corning, a Fortune 50 Company. In 1995, she was invited to join the national trial team, and she became the first woman member of that team at the age of 34. She was first AV rated by Martindale Hubbell in 1997. Beth Klein was inducted into the Fellows of the Colorado Bar in 2004. In November 2006, Beth was selected as one of the 500 Leading Plaintiff's Lawyers in the United States by Lawdragon. She has been named a Colorado Superlawyer every year, and was voted one of the top 25 Women Lawyers in Colorado. Colorado lawyers voted her as one of the Top 100 Lawyers in Colorado in 2013. She is Board Certified and is named in Best Lawyers. Beth began writing anti-human trafficking law for states and nations for free in 2009. Her philosophy was adopted by the Uniform Laws Commission and is now part of the Uniform Laws Against Human Trafficking. The Denver Post named her One of the 12 Most Influential Women in Colorado in 2013. More Magazine named her as One of the Women in the World that you want on your side with Michelle Obama, Oprah, and Hillary Clinton. She received the 21 Leaders for the 21st Century Award from Women's E news in 2010. The Denver Rescue Mission named her as a Woman Who Changed the Heart of the City of Denver in 2012. In 2014 she was featured in the documentary The Empowerment Project, a film designed to inspire girls and women not to be afraid to fail.
