Caridad Rusconi concentrates her practice in community association law. She assists condominium and homeowner’s associations in the day-to-day management and operation of their community, as well as in a broad range of general community association matters. Ms. Rusconi’s representation includes drafting and negotiating contracts, providing legal opinions and guidance regarding requirements of the governing documents and the laws, drafting amendments to the governing documents, preparing meeting packages, attending Board and owner meetings, and revitalizing and preserving the covenants and restrictions of homeowner’s associations in accordance with the Marketable Record Title Act (MRTA) and the Homeowners’ Association Act. Ms. Rusconi has frequently lectured at community association seminars.
