When I decided to form Giordano Law Offices in 2000, I was excited about the prospect of being able to help as many people as I could in diverse practice areas. Giordano Law Offices is the culmination of many years of broad legal experience. As a former Rackets and Homicide Prosecutor, I conducted investigations and handled trials of organized crime, white-collar crime, public corruption, and homicide. I also worked for the US Senate as a Legislative Counsel for Senators and committees of the U.S. Senate, including Senator Joe Biden, among others. I also worked as a former Senior Trial Specialist for the NYC Corporation Counsel’s Special Litigation Unit, and tried some of the City’s most serious lawsuits, including wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases throughout the City. Right before forming Giordano Law Offices, I worked for the Manhattan Law Firm of Levy Phillips & Konigsberg, acting as lead counsel in federal and state litigation of catastrophic tort and employment discrimination cases. Mr. Giordano has often been a guest legal analyst on numerous news television and radio productions.
We have won millions of dollars in settlements and trials for our cherished clients. Mr. Giordano is recognized by the National Trial Lawyers as among the Top 100 Civil Trial Lawyers in New York, the most prestigious recognition for a trial attorney in the United States. He was most recently selected to be a 2023 New York Metro Super Lawyer, one of the highest honors in the legal field, and also received the award e
