At Holoubek Patent Law, LLC, we speak fluent IP - as only a pure intellectual property firm knows how. We focus exclusively on the practice of intellectual property law, including domestic and international patent protection, trademarks, and copyrights. We provide strategic counseling and creative insight on how best to protect our clients’ brands, products, innovations and ideas across a broad range of markets and technologies.
Patent practice is the bedrock of our firm. Holoubek Patent Law files and prosecutes scores of domestic, foreign, and international patent applications, under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT), each year in a variety of technologies including the medical, electrical, mechanical, computer engineering, e-commerce, nanotechnology and chemical fields. At the same time, we also understand that each application is important and devote the same care and attention to each patent application being handled by our office. Whether you file three patents applications a year or thirty, our goal is to obtain the broadest patent protection possible, in a timely and cost effective manner, while being professional, knowledgeable, and available through the process.
