Parker which resulted in the creation of the most comprehensive database ever built on the Base Realignment and Closure Commissions (BRAC). It also resulted in the co-authorship and presentation of a paper on BRAC at the 2007 Midwest Political Science Association annual meeting in Chicago. Additionally, I spent a summer studying the institutions of the European Union in Belgium, Luxembourg, and France. I also spent my last fall semester and summer session studying at the Bloomington campus.
