Appearance on behalf of the Council before the Florida Legislature including consultation and coordination of health and human services policy implementation. Coordination with Office of Policy & Budget in the Governor’s Office on transfer of the Council from state department level to integration within the Executive Office of the Governor.

Prosecution of defendants qualifying as career criminals. Prosecuted two capital murder cases successfully with results of obtaining death sentences.
