A: The short answer is, Yes, you can bring a claim. These claims are very difficult to prove, however, so you will need to be sure to have corroborating evidence to support your allegation. Additionally, these claims are very expensive to pursue, so your damages need to warrant a substantial recovery if you are going to find a lawyer willing to take your case.
