Danielle Schroder
Hawks Quindel, S.C.
Ms. Schroder's practice is focused on labor and employment litigation, including employment discrimination, wage and hour cases, employee benefits disputes, and labor litigation. She also assists individuals with unemployment benefit appeals.
Ms. Schroder graduated magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School. She was a member of the Wisconsin International Commercial Arbitration Moot Team, Mock Trial Team, Wisconsin International Law Journal, and Christian Legal Society. Prior to law school, taught with the AmeriCorps Schools of Hope program in Madison, worked with the Wisconsin State Senate, and interned with the Office of the Lieutenant Governor.
Ms. Schroder currently serves on the Equal Employment Opportunity Committee of the American Bar Association's Labor and Employment Law Section.
