David Feige

David Feige is Of Counsel to Giskan Solotaroff & Anderson LLP. He provides knowledgeable and skilled legal representation for individuals and businesses in civil litigation, criminal and investigative matters.
David worked as a Public Defender in New York City representing indigent clients in a wide variety of criminal matters for over ten years. He served as Trial Chief of The Bronx Defenders, a community defender organization, and in 2002 was awarded one of the highest honors in indigent defense, the National Legal Aid and Defender Association’s Reginald Heber Smith Award.
David has been a Professor of Law and Director of Advocacy Programs at Seton Hall University School of Law. He lectures on trial skills and eyewitness identification, teaching trial skills for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy, law schools, and public defender offices around the country. He is on the faculty of the National Criminal Defense College.
David received his B.A., with honors, from University of Chicago in 1988. In 1991, he earned his J.D. from University of Wisconsin Law School. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and U.S. District Court, Western District of Wisconsin.
