David John Stanoch

At the firm, Mr. Stanoch focuses his practice on the representation of mass torts and class action lawsuits. Prior to joining the firm, he clerked for a federal district court judge, the Honorable James F. McClure, Jr. He also worked as an associate at Dechert LLP for almost a decade. While there, he was responsible for advising Fortune 50, 100 and 200 clients on matters pertaining to complex litigation, state and federal government investigations, and various regulatory matters. Mr. Stanoch has also represented clients in many industries—including banking, food and agriculture, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals. Today, he uses this industry knowledge to represent the best interests of his clients. Mr. Stanoch graduated magna cum laude from Temple University School of Law with his Juris Doctorate degree, prior to which he received his undergraduate degree from La Salle University.
