David L. Robbins

Dave is a 2005 graduate of Penn State University with a B.A. in Sociology and a 2009 graduate of The Appalachian School of Law in Grundy, Virginia where he received his Juris Doctorate in 2009. His formative years were spent working on the family farm and the family business (a sawmill). Since becoming a licensed attorney, Dave channeled his work ethic into representing clients on a wide array of matters having litigated cases in eight counties in Northeast Tennessee, and representing clients at all trial levels including on appeal before the Tennessee Court of Appeals and in the Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals on complex matters involving Probate, Conservatorships, Business and Elder Law issues.
Professionally, Dave’s current practice is devoted to Commercial and Residential Real Estate Transactions, Estate Planning, Trust Administration and Probate, as well as Business matters.
Dave has previously served as a board member to the Dawn of Hope in Johnson City and as Chairman of the Board of Crossroads. Dave currently on the board of the Tennessee Recovery Coalition, the Tennessee Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Drop Collaborative and numerous positions within his home church. David is also an active member of the American Land Title Association, Tennessee Land Title Association, Washington County Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, (Probate and Estate Planning Section and Real Estate Section), and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
Outside of the office, Dave loves everything outdoors and spends lots of time “adventuring” with two sons. When he is not having family time or traveling, he is actively involved at his church and spends his downtime cooking, playing guitar, hunting and fishing.
