Mr. Bustillos has successfully represented clients in complex EB1-Extraordinary Ability, and EB2 National Interest Waiver petitions; as well as E2 investor visas, and L1 intracompany transferee visas. Mr. Bustillos received his Master of Laws (LL.M) in Global Energy, International Arbitration and Environmental Law from the University of Texas School of Law and his Law Degree (LL.B) from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and Venezuela.
