I am a former Senior Deputy District Attorney with personal experience in over 10,000 court cases, ranging from minor traffic offenses to homicide. In addition to criminal and traffic defense, I have been practicing Bankruptcy since 1999 and have helped thousands of clients get a Fresh Financial Start.
My practice is limited to Criminal, DUI, Traffic and Bankruptcy cases. I am NOT a general practitioner who handles many different types of law. Criminal and Bankruptcy law is the only law that I have practiced since I became a lawyer over 25 years ago.
Over the past 25+ years of practice I have worked with thousands of police officers and have appeared in court on countless occasions. Few attorneys possess my firm’s background and extensive experience in this area of the law.
CUSTOMER SERVICE - I treat clients the way I would want to be treated if I was experiencing legal problems – with honesty, kindness and respect. I do not tell clients what they want to hear just to get a case. I do not scare clients into retaining me. I will never say to a client “Don’t worry about it.” What I do is tell clients the truth, right over the phone. I call clients back, even at night or on weekends. Additionally, my staff is well-informed and very helpful if I am not in the office when you call.
FREE IN-DEPTH CONSULTATIONS - I gladly talk to new clients over the phone, for as long as you wish. I will answer every question that you have over the phone, or even in person if you prefer, for free. I will gladly explain all of your options, give you my honest opinion about what could happen to you and I even quote a fee and a flexible payment plan, right over the phone. I believe that an informed client is the best client. Again, if I was having legal problems, that is the way that I would want to be treated.

- Q. Trying to resolve pending charges in pennsylvania
- A: There is very likely an arrest warrant issued for your arrest for failing to appear. You will need to address this because if you do not eventually you can be picked up by police on the warrant. If you get picked up out of state they can hold you in jail until you were extradited which could take days or weeks. My best advice is to call an experienced lawyer in Pennsylvania to address this sooner rather than later. Most of us get free consultations and we can look up the case online to see what is going on. Since the charges are several years old he might be able to be dismissed if there are no witnesses who are cooperating or hopefully at worst if you decide to plead guilty to some or all of the charges you could get probation. Good luck!
- Q. Crossed the intersection while the signal was yellow still cited for jumping a red signal
- A: Definitely plead not guilty because it is a three point offense. The law says that you have to be totally through the entire intersection before the light turns red. Since it is a three point offense you may be able to get the officer and Judge to reduce the tickets so it is just a fine and no points or you can go to trial but it will be your word against the police officers were. You should hire an experience traffic attorney to go with you to court because you have a better chance of working out when you have a lawyer representing you. Many of us get free consultation so start calling around. Good luck!
- Q. I recently got cited for going 125 in a 55 mph. The charge is maximum speed limits under Title 75 Sec. 3362 Subsec. A2.
- A: You are looking at 5 points on your license, a hearing with Penndot to determine if you will be suspended and almost certainly your insurance rates will be affected or your insurance company can drop you. Plead not guilty and get a lawyer to help you as your chances of things working out will be better if you have a lawyer. I always tell clients in your situation to complete a defensive driving course which the judge will likely make you do anyway. There is no jail time for speeding but it could affect you for years to come. Get an experienced lawyer to help you. That is the best advice I can give. Good luck
