- A: Attorney fees vary for trademark registration process and it is typically a fixed fee, however the filing fee(s) charged by the USPTO is at least $350 for each application (per class of goods or services). A trademark attorney can help you conduct a clearance search and answer your questions regarding use of the trademark.
