Fatima Naeem is an attorney practicing Cyber Law, Data Privacy, Arbitrations, Mediations, Regulatory Healthcare, and Guardianship matters. She holds a Master of Laws in Cyber Law and Data Privacy from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law and earned her Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law. She also holds a Master of Arts in Humanities - Studies in Literature from University of Texas at Dallas and has a Bachelor of Arts in English with a Minor in History from Texas A&M University School of law.
She is also Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) by the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA).
She's previously served as the General Counsel and the Chief Compliance Officer for a Federally Qualified Health Center, where she handled complex healthcare regulations and compliance issues.
She has served on the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee of the Texas Association of Community Health Centers (TACHC) and has been a board member of Friends of the Bryan/College Station Library and I Am Priceless, Inc.

- Led an interactive online seminar on the ethical considerations surrounding Artificial Intelligence (AI). Topics included the introduction of AI, requisite training and credentials to be an ethicist in the field, ethical theories applied to AI ethics, approaches to ethical decision-making in AI, and an examination of the European Union’s proposed AI Act. Facilitated engaging discussion to deepen understanding and critical thinking among students.
