Assistant State's Attorney: Cook County State's Attorney's Office; 1992 - 2002; prosecuted thousands of cases, including all misdemeanor and felony crimes for 10 years. Last position held at the SAO was First Chair in the Felony Trial Division at 26th and California where I supervised and trained other prosecutors, and handled serious felony cases including murders and capital cases. Also assigned to the Criminal Appeals Division where i drafted Appellate Briefs and also argued before the Illinois Appellate Court (1st District)
