Real Estate Matters, including: Drafting deeds; organizing and reviewing real estate brokerage or development companies; overseeing real estate sales transactions; drafting leases; drafting and reviewing purchase agreements; effecting 1031 exchanges; representing landlords and tenants; evictions; and resolution of boundary disputes. Business Organizations, including: Organizing corporations; organizing small business corporations; organizing partnerships; organizing limited liability companies and orchestrating combinations of the several entities.
