Gabriel Espinosa-Ramos

Before I pursued a career in law, I gained significant experience in the tech industry. I graduated cum laude with a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and earned my Juris Doctorate from the University of California Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings). During my time in tech, I developed policies centered on California Employment Law Compliance Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), which helped large companies save millions by enhancing processes and reducing liability.

This background ignited my passion for justice, particularly for immigrants and marginalized workers. I established Espinosa-Ramos Law with the mission to empower immigrants to live without fear and exploitation, aid employees facing workplace discrimination, and support employers in crafting legal, fair, and equitable policies. My family's own experiences with exploitation drive me to approach each case with passion, integrity, and excellence (P.I.E.).
