They deal with geriatric rights cases, and exploitation/abuse by care givers, nursing homes, and a persons own children. He handles trust & probate litigation, unfair & deceptive trade practices, as well as personal injury cases. He has worked with Police Depts. regarding crimes against the elderly. He has appeared on Oprah & CBS60 Minutes. Gary is the father of Adam Susser, who was harmed at birth, Adam is cortically blind and quadriplegic cerebral palsy. Gary is a lobbyist for medical & stem cell research to medical malpractice reform. Gary sat for 10 years on the Boca Raton Advisory Board for the People with Disabilities, and on the board of BIT BY BIT, a hippo-therapy program for the disabled.
