Giselle Gutierrez

Giselle Gutierrez, Esq. is an innovative attorney with a commitment to fostering safety, equity, and compliance in the workplace. With over a decade of experience in labor and employment law, Giselle has represented clients before key administrative agencies like the EEOC and NLRB, as well as federal and state courts. Her practice spans a wide range of employment matters, including discrimination, retaliation, unpaid wages, whistleblower lawsuits, non-compete and employment contract litigation, data security, risk management, and more.

A passionate advocate for both employers and employees, Giselle takes a proactive approach to legal counseling. She works closely with business leaders to minimize litigation risks and ensure compliance with employment laws, including wage and hour practices, disability accommodation, family leave, and workplace privacy.
