Let Us Help Ease Your Pain and Recover The Injury Compensation You Deserve.
I strive to level the playing field for his clients. That way, my clients receive the same skilled representation as the powerful individuals, corporations, and employers that harmed them.
I am a former defense lawyer. Therefore, I know how the other side evaluates personal injury cases and employment disputes. I'll use that knowledge and experience to help you win a great result. Just ask my colleagues and former clients.
I treat my clients like they’re my family. That means I give every case the same degree of care that it would receive if it involved a member of my household. Additionally, I give every client my personal cell phone number. Thus, my clients can reach me whenever they have a question or concern.
I practice law throughout the Atlanta metro area. I'm a Georgia Trial Lawyers Association (GTLA) member. I am also a Million Dollar Advocates member. Trial lawyers must win a million-dollar jury verdict to qualify for Million Dollar Advocates membership. Fewer than 1% of American lawyers earn that distinction. I'm is also a 2017-2021 Super Lawyers Rising Star. Only 2.5 percent of Georgia lawyers have won that award.

- Q. In a law suit a claim against a persons home insurance is giving a deposition considered going to trial?
- A: Depositions are different than trial testimony. Depositions are typically held in a law office and the judge isn't present. You (the deponent) are present, as well as your lawyer, the lawyer taking your deposition and the court reporter. Even though you're not testifying in a courtroom, you still have a sworn obligation to tell the truth. After you give your deposition, your lawyer will attempt to settle your case. If your case doesn't settle, it will proceed to trial. At trial, you will testify in the courtroom in front of the jury and the judge.
