Gregory J. De Tolla
DeTolla Law Group
Greg is the founder of DeTolla Law Group. He concentrates his legal practice on estate planning and trust administration. He has extensive experience drafting irrevocable and revocable (living) trusts, special needs trusts, wills, and business succession plans. He works closely with financial planners and and CPAs to provide the best possible service to his clients. Prior to starting his own firm, Greg worked at Ferlito Law Group for a number of years honing his craft in trusts and estates.
Preceding his estate planning experience, Greg was an attorney at a large international defense firm in New York City, where he represented insured property owners, commercial business owners, contractors and municipalities. His litigation experience started at a mid-size defense firm in Smithtown on Long Island. He has practiced in both state and federal courts in New York. His experience allows him to point his clients in the right direction, even if their legal issues are outside his purview.
