J. Matthew Brigman
Atlanta Business Dispute Attorney"Matt joined the Robbins Firm in September 2014. Matt focuses on an array of business and commercial litigation matters, as well as regulatory and administrative matters for businesses and individuals. Prior to joining the Robbins Firm, Matt served as a law clerk to the Honorable Harold L. Murphy, United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Matt earned a B.B.A. in Finance and a B.A. in History from the University of Georgia, magna cum laude. He then earned his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. While in law school, Matt was an articles editor for the Journal of International and Comparative Law and spent a semester studying international trade law and international business transactions at Oxford University. Matt served as a teaching assistant in Property for Professor Randy Beck, and analyzed the history of SEC filing requirements as a research assistant to Professor Usha Rodrigues. Matt also served on the UGA Law Honor Court as a member of both the investigator's committee and hearing panel. "
