Jason was admitted to the Missouri Bar in September 2001. Before practicing law exclusively in the area of bankruptcy, Jason had worked for the Missouri Attorney General's office in Criminal Appeals. Jason is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, American Bankruptcy Institute, National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, and the Kansas City Bankruptcy Bar Association. Jason is also a member of Pi Kappa Delta where in 2015, Jason earned the Order of Attainment Award for societal contributions as a bankruptcy attorney. That same year Jason was recognized by Webster University and received the Outstanding Alumni of the Year award. Jason is licensed to practice in the State of Missouri and is admitted to practice in federal courts for the Western District of Missouri and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
