Jeffrey Brock Irby

Jeff is committed to helping his clients through hard times with liabilities and tax issues. His law firm specializes in bankruptcy and tax resolution. He grew up in Madison County and is proud to serve the community that made him who he is today. Jeff earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of Alabama in 1995. In 1999, he earned a Juris Doctorate (JD) from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, and that same year, he was admitted to the Alabama State Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. In 2002, Jeff opened his bankruptcy practice in Huntsville because he wanted to help people who were facing tax and bankruptcy issues in spite of spending their whole lives working hard.
