Jeffrey Saul Feldman
I concentrate my practice on the litigation, arbitration and trial of commercial and contract disputes in the state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. I also serve as a neutral arbitrator for commercial and consumer disputes.
Over the course of my more than 25 years of litigation experience, I have represented businesses, organizations and individuals in lawsuits involving a broad range of substantive areas, including:

* federal and state subpoena compliance matters; and
* the discovery and production of electronically stored information.
