Jim Schleiffarth
Jim Schleiffarth practices in the areas of general business law, real estate law and estate planning. Jim serves clients including small to mid-sized business, as well as individuals and families to meet their legal needs at a reasonable cost. Prior to forming Schleiffarth Law Firm, LLC in 2009, Mr. Schleiffarth worked for one of the largest law firms in St. Louis, Husch Blackwell Sanders LLP. Jim uses his experience and skill in business transactions to reach exceptional outcomes for the firm’s clients. A native St. Louisan, Jim is active in his community and belongs to numerous service, professional and civic organizations.
Business Law. Jim works with all sizes of businesses in matters involving business transactions, contracts, disputes, company operation and company formation.
Estate Planning. Jim serves individuals and families, by designing and preparing estate planning documents ranging from simple wills to complex tax-mitigation trust agreements, and numerous related documents. Jim also handles various matters relating to VA benefit qualification and planning.
Real Estate. Jim works with individuals and business in a wide range of real estate matters including purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, property disputes and financing.
