My legal career has focused on protecting the rights of individuals against big corporations. 2 Questions Answered
- Q. I live in TN, I was hurt in 8/2006. Is there a time frame before I can get the money set aside for medical bills?
- A: You need to discuss this with your attorney.
- Q. I had an accident back in Nov 2012, where both myself and the other person didn't have insurance.
- A: You need to contact an attorney in Shelby County to represent you. Otherwise, you have the difficult task of having to defend yourself in court against someone who does have an attorney. Also, it may be that the other party was at least partially at fault for the accident, in which case you may still have some legal rights to pursue against him/her (depending upon when the accident occurred). Good luck..
